Hi, I’m Paula, founder of Inner Hub.

I’m deeply passionate about helping others find peace, balance, and healing through breathwork and meditation. My own healing journey has been a continuous process, and through these practices, I’ve discovered the transformative power of mindfulness in overcoming stress, navigating emotional challenges, and gaining clarity in life.

I have completed specialized training in kids’ meditation and mental health-focused meditation with the Stratford School of Meditation, a member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) with CPD accreditation. This training has allowed me to offer compassionate, personalized support for each individual’s unique path to inner peace.

Understanding that healing is a lifelong journey, I walk this path with you—continuously nurturing my own growth through yoga, breathwork, and meditation. At my core, I believe that everyone has the natural ability to heal, grow, and find true peace within themselves. Through personalized guidance, I provide tools and techniques that empower you to shift your mindset, release tension, and create a calm, positive space in your life.

I am also in the process of obtaining my qualification as a holistic breathwork therapist with Inner Camp, an organization recognized with numerous prestigious awards and accredited by the CMA, International Breathwork Foundation (IBF), and CPD. This advanced training will further enhance my ability to offer evidence-based breathwork techniques tailored to each person’s healing journey.
