What is Trauma-Informed Breathwork Journey?
A breathwork journey is a simple yet powerful practice, lasting around 60 minutes, that involves changing the way you breathe to support your mental, emotional, energetic, and physical wellbeing. Breathwork has been used for thousands of years across different cultures, and today it helps people all over the world feel calmer, clearer, and more connected
Trauma-informed breathwork means we approach this practice with care, safety, and understanding—especially for those who’ve experienced stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
When you breathe in a conscious, intentional way, something amazing happens:
- Your nervous system begins to relax
- Your mind becomes quieter
- Your body starts to release the tension it’s been holding on to
It’s a gentle yet profound way to process emotions, reduce stress, and feel more present in your everyday life.
Most of us spend our lives breathing automatically—just enough to get by.
But when you learn how to use your breath with intention, it becomes a powerful tool.
It can help you feel:
- Grounded when life feels chaotic,
- Bring clarity when your mind is racing,
- Deep inner peace that words alone can’t always reach.
In our sessions we use music, headphones and blindfolds. Why?
In our sessions, we use music, headphones and blindfolds to help you fully switch off from the outside world and connect more deeply with yourself.
- Music gently guides your journey, supporting your breath and allowing emotions to flow naturally.
- Headphones create an immersive experience, blocking out distractions so you can remain present and focused.
- Blindfolds remove visual input, making it easier to turn your attention inward and become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and body.
At the same time, we carefully hold and look after the energy of the space.
Everything is created with intention to feel safe, grounded, and clear—not just physically, but energetically as well.
This allows you to relax, knowing you are fully supported throughout your journey.
Together, these elements create a safe and focused space where you can let go, turn inward, and fully immerse yourself in the experience.
